By accessing this website or purchasing a membership to The Model Punt Club (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Model Punt Club provides statistical analysis, data modelling, and informational content relating to sporting markets.
We do not:
- Provide financial advice
- Provide gambling advice
- Guarantee outcomes
- Operate as a bookmaker
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.
3. No Guarantee of Profit
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Betting involves risk. You may lose money.
The Model Punt Club makes no representation that use of the Service will result in profit.
4. Membership & Subscription
Membership is billed at:
$200 AUD per year, recurring annually unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method annually until you cancel.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation:
- Stops future renewals
- Does not provide refunds for the current subscription period
Access continues until the end of the paid term.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service:
- All payments are non-refundable
- No pro-rata refunds are provided
- No refunds for change of mind
Exceptions may apply where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Models
- Data analysis
- Reports
- Green Books
- PDFs
is the intellectual property of The Model Punt Club.
You may not:
- Redistribute
- Republish
- Sell
- Share
- Reproduce
without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Model Punt Club shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Betting losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Data loss
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Responsible Gambling
Users are responsible for their own betting decisions. We promote disciplined and responsible betting practices.
